





The Jockey Club Age-friendly City Partnership Scheme 2024/2025 Award Ceremony, will be held on Friday, 28 November 2025.
The Scheme aims to recognise companies and organisations with exemplary age-friendly practices. During this edition’s Award Ceremony, six special awards will be presented, including the Age-friendly Employer Award, Age-friendly Facilities Award, Age-friendly Innovation Award, Age-friendly Collaborator Award, Our City’s Story Award, as well as the My Favourite City Partnership Scheme Award selected by the public and judges.
The Award Ceremony also invites guests of honour, including Dr Bernard Chan Pak-li, JP, Under Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development; Dr the Hon Lam Ching-choi, GBS, JP, Member of the Executive Council of the HKSAR Government and Chairman of the Advisory Committee of the Centre for Gerontological Nursing and Elderly Health at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University; Ms Jasmine Chung, Executive Manager, Charities (Older Adults), The Hong Kong Jockey Club; and Dr Laura Lo, Associate Vice President (Institutional Advancement) at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Two thematic seminars will also be organised - “Co-creation of Age-friendliness: Cross-sector Collaboration for A New Chapter in Age-friendliness”, and “Age-friendly Business: How to Seize Opportunities of the Silver Market via Adopting Age-friendly Practices” . These seminars bring together leaders from the government, business, academia, and the social welfare sector, as well as the representative of the Age-friendly Ambassadors, to share insights on cross-sector collaboration and opportunities of the silver market, inspiring ideas for building age-friendly Hong Kong together.
